Site survey
We record the doors, gates and entrances, cabling routes, network and power points, the number of users and how you want reports to work.
Design and quotation
You receive a device list, software licences, cabling and accessories, and an itemised quotation.
Supply and installation
We deliver genuine ZKTeco hardware, install the devices, locks and gates, and run the cabling.
Configuration and testing
We set up the software, users, access levels, shifts and reports, and test every door, gate and report with you.
Handover and training
Your administrators are trained in English or Arabic, and you receive the system details and user list.
Support and maintenance
We support you after handover by phone, WhatsApp and on-site visits, with annual maintenance contracts available.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a ZKTeco installation take?

It depends on the site. A single attendance machine can usually be installed in a few hours, while multi-door access control, turnstiles and parking barriers take longer. We confirm the schedule in the quotation.

What does an AMC include?

Scheduled preventive maintenance visits, priority support, firmware and software updates, and agreed response times. The exact scope is set out in each contract.

Can BioTime send attendance data to our payroll system?

Yes. BioTime exports attendance reports, for example to Excel or CSV, in a format your payroll or HR system can import. We set up the export during installation.

Do you provide training in Arabic?

Yes. Training for administrators and HR teams is available in English and Arabic, on site or remotely.

Which areas do you cover?
