Sion General Trading Co LLC is an authorised ZKTeco supplier and installer based in Deira, Dubai. We install biometric attendance machines, face recognition terminals, access control panels, door locks, turnstiles and parking barriers. One team handles the site survey, supply, cabling, lock wiring, software and staff training. You get a working system and a single point of contact, instead of coordinating several contractors.
We carry out ZKTeco installation in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Biometric machine installation in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah is planned from our Deira office, with site visits arranged by appointment. Projects range from a single attendance machine in a shop to multi-door access control across several floors or buildings. We can also extend or upgrade an existing ZKTeco system.
Some security installations in Dubai may need approval from the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA), depending on the system and the building. Check what applies to your site with your building management, consultant or SIRA before work starts. Doors on escape routes must also release when the fire alarm sounds, so share the fire alarm details with us during the survey.
We visit the site, check doors, frames, power points, network points and cable routes, and talk through how people move through the building. You then receive a recommended set-up and a quotation listing the devices, locks, accessories and labour.
Devices are mounted at a comfortable height beside the entrance they control. We run power and network cabling, fit trunking or conduit where needed, and keep cable routes neat. Readers and controllers are placed so they can be reached for maintenance later.
We fit and wire magnetic locks, electric strikes, exit buttons, door sensors and power supplies to the controller or terminal. Each door is tested for normal opening, exit and power loss, and connected to the fire alarm release where your building requires it.
We connect devices to your network and install BioTime for attendance or ZKBio CVSecurity for access control on your server or computer. We then set shifts, schedules, access levels and departments to match how your organisation works.
We help enrol staff fingerprints, faces or cards, either on the device or from the software. Before handover, we test every door and device, check that records reach the software, and fix any issue we find.
Your administrators learn how to add and remove users, change schedules, run attendance reports and export data for payroll. At handover we go through the finished system with you and explain how to contact us for support.
