Sion General Trading Co LLC is an authorised ZKTeco supplier and reseller in Dubai, exporting to businesses across Kenya. We supply biometric attendance machines, face recognition terminals, portable 4G attendance devices, access control panels and turnstiles. Flower farms, factories, schools and offices order from our Deira office and receive remote set-up support. Where attendance feeds payroll, we also advise on BioTime software and report set-up.
Kenya has local ZKTeco resellers, so why buy from Dubai? Some buyers want a second source of genuine stock. Others need models or quantities that are hard to find locally. We are not a ZKTeco distributor in Kenya and have no Nairobi branch. We export, supply the customs documents and support your installer. Every order is quoted in writing, so you can compare it with local offers.
A biometric attendance machine in Kenya often has to work through power cuts and patchy network cover. Models with battery backup, Wi-Fi or 4G help on farms and remote sites. For access control in Nairobi offices and warehouses, standalone readers and InBio controllers are common choices. Time attendance in Kenya then runs on BioTime, BioTime Cloud or a simple USB export for small teams.
Typical projects and the ZKTeco products that suit them.
Farms around Naivasha, Thika and Nakuru employ large and seasonal workforces. Face recognition copes with wet or soil-stained hands better than fingerprint. Portable terminals with a battery and 4G record attendance in greenhouses and fields.
Factories and warehouses in Nairobi's Industrial Area, Athi River and Mombasa run shifts and need controlled entry. Tripod turnstiles, attendance terminals and barrier gates manage staff and trucks at each gate.
Schools track teacher and staff attendance and control access to offices, stores and dormitories. Face recognition handles morning rushes, and card readers suit students. BioTime reports summarise attendance by department.
Organisations with a Nairobi head office and county branches can use BioTime Cloud for one attendance view. Multi-door controllers protect server rooms, cash offices and records stores at headquarters and larger branches.

Kenyan orders are quoted and shipped from our Dubai office. We confirm stock, then send the goods by air freight, usually into Nairobi, or by sea, usually into Mombasa. You can also nominate your own forwarder in Dubai. The buyer handles import clearance, duties and any PVoC requirements, unless we agree otherwise. We provide the commercial invoice, packing list and datasheets for customs. Our team guides device and BioTime set-up, with technical support by phone and WhatsApp in English and Arabic.
